How does Music4Mission work?
Music4 Mission is a subscription-based music service. When you sign up you choose a charity to support and every month £7.50 of your subscription goes directly to that charity. In return you can download three albums of new and exciting Christian music every month. These are yours to save and listen to at any time but you must download each month’s albums during that month – the following month a new set of albums will replace them.
How do I know when each month’s albums are available?
You won’t need to worry about missing news of when a new batch of albums is available. When you sign up you are automatically added to our mailing list and we’ll email you to let you know when each month’s albums are ready. If you don’t seem to be getting our emails please contact us and we’ll sort this out for you – but please check in your spam folder first!
What is Stripe?
Stripe is a secure payment gateway. We use Stripe to take your payments as easily, efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Payments are processed by Stripe so that when you pay you will receive a confirmation from Stripe that your money has been transferred from your account in to our account. Using Stripe allows us to minimise costs so that more of your money can be directed to the charity of your choice.
When will my subscription be taken?
Your subscription of £14.99 will be taken monthly on the date that you registered (i.e. 14 March, 14 April, 14 May). You can check all of your details and payments in your ‘My Account’ section of the website.
How do I unsubscribe from Music4Mission?
We will be very sad to see you go but if you need to unsubscribe simply visit ‘My Account’ where you can update your subscription status in the “Subscription” section.
How do I download an album?
Once you have registered with us and chosen a charity, you will be sent a monthly email with news of the three albums which are available to download. The email will contain a link to the downloads page where you can click on and save the three albums. You can access the downloads anytime using the “AAA Access All Areas” link in the top right of the website.
How do I save an album?
Your albums will be available on a monthly basis to download as a zip file. You will need to unpack or extract the zip file to access the MP3 music files. You can download to a range of devices that have the capabilities to unpack or extract a zip file. Please make sure you save your album during that monthly period – at the end of each month they will no longer be available.
You can save your albums to devices including Macs, PCs, and android devices.
To load your music to an iOS device (iPhone, iPod, iPad) you will need to download it on your Mac or PC first. Then import them into your iTunes library to transfer them to your iOS device. This is due to Apple locking their iOS devices so they can only purchase music directly from the Apple iTunes Store. By using Music4Mission you are supporting your Charity and the Artist with your purchase.
